An Additional User has access to all features of Easytag within the permissions set by the administrator.
The administrator can add any number of Read-Only users who can only see the data but cannot change anything. They are also restricted from seeing price-sensitive data.
The company administrator can add Carrier Representatives to departments, allowing them to view shipments with their carrier's tracking number in read-only mode. They cannot access attached images or PDFs unless shared with them.
